Won't stay again, pretty run down

We stayed at the Yakutat lodge this last summer with another couple. The area we stayed in was "very" rundown, and hadn't had repairs done in years. Our bathroom not only was dirty, with dust and cobweb, but the shower was moldy and rusted through at the base.
The employees were great at the bar and restaurant. The rental cars were hardly running, and were in need of repair too.
At then end of our stay, an attempt to add our total hotel, food and and car rental expenses were added into what they wanted for a 15% tip. That was high when we had no change of sheets, only clean towel daily.
The fishing guide we paid for was great, and we tipped him seperately.
