Lacking customer service
First time we stayed here was last summer. For the price, it was all right. We had to cut short our visit by one day and notified the office by 12 Noon. We weren't even out of the room yet when the cleaning people were in the room getting it ready for new guests. We were charged the full length of our stay even though we vacated a day early. They got 2 payments for the same room. This happened once before at another hotel on the Cape that we had to leave a day early. They refunded the extra day without even telling us that they would do so. It was a very pleasant surprise and said alot about customer service.
