i decided this summer my sister and i as well as aco worker and her mom would stay at the cape ann inn for a summer weekend .
my sister was curious where the air conditioner was . There wasnt any . It was ahot afternoon. So we had to settle for the fan. The room was clean but out dated. For the price of 169. A night i thought it would have ac.
it would be better to stay in the fall for less of a charge. Otherwise the beach was beautiful and private.
