Bed Bugs!!

I stayed in November 2006 and the room was dark/ dank with dirty carpet. I was willing to get over that b/c the room was only $90.
I couldn't get over my later experience. I pulled the covers back hours before going to sleep to find the bed/linen to be seemingly clean. However, when I awoke I came to realize that I was laying in the midst of a family of bedbugs! The mattress was infested.
To their credit, they moved me and comped the room. Regardless, it should have never happened if they were keeping a cleaner facility.
