I was there in September with my wife for 5 days and I liked it.
The location is very nice, in a quiet area that hosts many embassies and governmental agencies. Being very close to the center of Paris, it's easy to go anywhere.
The room (double standard) was rather small, as was the bathroom, but it was charming and clean. Space is very expensive in this area of Paris so no complains.
We've found the staff very friendly and supportive. Each day there was a different person at the reception desk, but everyone was very helpful.
