There are so many good things about this Inn. It was VERY clean and the location (across from UK and Chandler Medical Center) can not be beat. You are close to downtown but not far away from Fayette Mall and other shops. The staff were VERY friendly and the rates were more than fair. They also have free WIFI and that was a major plus. With the exception of a strong smell of smoke OUTSIDE the room in the hallway I could not say a negative thing about the Inn. I had a non-smoking room and there was not a trace of odor in it, just the hallway. Clean and friendly. I will stay here again!
