After 40 minutes by tram (from Central Station to Hoekeness) and about 15 minutes by walking we have finally find the hotel. At the reception they told us that something was wrong with our reservation and they have done an overbooking. They send us to Holiday Inn, outside Amsterdam, one hour far from the city center. We were very disspapointed by their services (Tulip Inn), have no one to talk about this problem to fix it, they didn't want to gave our money back or find another hotel nearby, they lie to us (they told us that Holiday Inn was about 5 minutes by walking but this distance was 10 minutes by taxi).
We will not recomend this hotel because they are not serious, and it's way too far already from the city center (if you want to visit Amsterdam we recomend you to find a hotel in the center of town). It's unacceptable to find that you don't have a room in that hotel even if you have paid for it one month in advance.
