I have been going there at least 2x a year, brought my family now here is what has gone downhill
1. no flowers in planters looked run down
2. When opened sofa bed no sheets or blanket all we got from the office was a blanket sunk 12-20 inches in center and could feel all of the frame.
ammenties bar of soap, ac noisy but needed help, other bed very soft in middle(we all had backaches)
wifi is advertized but only in a few places pool/spa closed.
next time pay double to stay in another motel.
It is too bad but I really enjoyed the place so whoever is in charge you need to go back and use the book of previous years.
