I had booked our room over thanksgiving weekend with priceline.com. when arriving the staff had no idea how to handle such a reservation causing me to be charged twice for the same room. one with priceline once with truman inn....i have been waiting since for a refund of the error and each time I contact priceline I am told to contact the hotel each time I contact the hotel I am told the "manager" Bob is not on site.
