As busy professionals, my wife and I are constantly seeking low-key, off-the-beaten-path retreats to regroup and refuel. Apalachicola fits the bill for us, and our recent stay at Witherspoon Inn only adds to that conviction. We were pampered by Sandy, our host, and the ambience of the Inn along with the great local food was just what we needed. We'll be back to Witherspoon, and soon, I might add!
