Enjoyable with areas for improvement

Overall very enjoyable stay, Nov 2006 (one night for the two of us, married couple, late fifties). Lakeview room sight on lake and montains is superb.
Positive: reservation and booking was for lakeview room/nonsmoker. On arrival hotel offered "mountain view" room (road side, a lot of traffic). Error was fixed within 5 minutes and without undue discussion. Staff of hotel restaurant knew of UBS Verbier Festival Orchestra concert and made sure we could have a quick dinner before start of the concert.
Areas for improvement: Double room for two persons with one 3dl bottle of mineral water only. Travelers with electronic equipment (notebook etc.): plug not available at desk in hotel room; plug is near bed.
