Went into office and rented room, and then was told we couldnt get into room for at least 3 hrs. We couldnt find parking and actually parked across the street. The towels ( 2) in the bathroom were older than the hotel. The air didnt work unless you continually turned it back on.... We went to a local store and bought a sheet and blanket and slept on top of the covers because we found hairs on the pillow case. Employees were really really rude when we asked for help getting more towels and help with the air. Just blew us off and said they didnt have time ...although all they were doing was standing there smoking. Internet was sketchy at best and had to keep reconnecting. We will never stay here again and would not recommend it to family and friends at all.
