If you want to have good vacation in Eilat(Israel), avoid the Herods.
They have totally forgotten the meaning of the word "Eervice". "Please" and "Thank you" are words that have been destroyed in their vocabulary.
One advise: Go in Israel, go in Eilat, stay as long as you can, but avoid at any price that hotel.
