Of all the nice Paris hotels I have stayed at in this price range, this hotel
was the best. Great breakfast, cozy and super clean rooms and perfect location being away from touristy areas and about 40 meters from the Metro steps. All the desk clerks except one were very friendly, helpful and professional, one seemed to be mean, cold,and short with people every time we saw her and every time we had to deal with her.(why not just change jobs????) For those of you that are first time visitors to Paris and France, contrary to popular belief 99% of French Hotel Staff are exstremely friendly and helpful. All of the staff that ran the breakfast were terrific. They started each day off right for us. I will use this hotel again and hope they make just one change in their front desk staff. (this is the only thing that kept me from giving this hotel 5 stars and this is something that can easily change for the better)
