My husband and I went to Kobe Japanese Steakhouse for dinner while in St. Simons Island 2 weeks ago. We loved St. Simons Island. But will not go to Kobe again. The portions are too big, they want to charge $7 for sharing. And we really didnt think the food was all that great. We tried out alot of the local places around there. And Kobe was the only disappointment. Customers at the next table was complaining about the 'sharing' charge. We didnt agree with the guys attitude, but also didnt agree with the 'sharing' charge. We just didnt complain as loudly. Looked like all the place was after was your dollar.
