No washcloth

Stayed for a week. Room had a beautiful view of the Acropolis. Hotel is very modern, but functionality seems to be less important.
First night locked out of room (key would not work), reason unknown.
Second day no washcloth, 1 piece of soap for 2 people. Complained, no action.
Third day locked out again, claimed we checked out. Administrative error, got same room back, of course room was not made, still no washcloth, 1 piece of soap.
Next day 1 washcloth for 2 people, still 1 piece of soap.
On the positive side, great breakfast.
Internet access: 7 Euro for 15 minutes.
Considering the price and the poor service I cannot give it more then 2 stars.
