What a differance...managment??..
What happened? This hotel used to be filled with happiness. Now this hotel and the staff seems to be down and out for the count. What happened to Sandra Boucher? What happened to Kevin Gann? Now this hotel has 2 different managers that have no clue of what customer service really is about. This hotel needs Miss Boucher back. Henry Flynn and Meagan take a hike!! When is the ownership going to step up and take pride in what they had and realize what this hotel needs is the pride and integerity back. Mr. Greg.... call that girl back home.
