Too much Money for so little Service

I expected more from this hotel because of the looks on the outside spoke in volumes, but the room was semi-clean and the bed squeak when you lay down or turn over. The headboard was about to fall on me and the staff has the nerve to say that she need a credit card so that if anything is missing or tore up we would have to pay for it. She was a day late and a dollar short because the room needed upgrading and it would be okay. I stayed there (June 20, 2008)one night because I was leaving on a cruise the next day. I paid a 4-star price for a 2-star motel. Never again!!!
