A great place for romance

We live here in Kansas City and Chateau Avalon is one of the places that my wife and i go to get away. It is by far one of the most romantic places that we have ever been. Now on one hand the breakfast culd have been better for the money that we put out,but iguess me being an Executive Chef always biased my opinion but the omelet was a pre-made omelet not cool for 160.00 a night. But everything else was great one of the rooms we have stayed in was the lincoln bedroom it was very comfortable and clean,the chromatherapy tubs are to die for. The bed was very comfortable . When we were there the service was great and very helpful.Also the illage west shopping and entertainment area is just right across the street with plent of food and beverage & entertainment options.Chateau Avalon is a sure hit in our book
