Third world hotel in third world country!

Most staff did not speak English that was a problem and the elevator didn't work and that wasn't a big problem as I was on the 4th. floor and need the exercise. My shower was a cooper pipe coming out of the wall and the water was never hot! As the title stated this was probably a 5 star hotel in Venezuela but a 1 star in Canada. I was told not to go out at night as the area was not good so that was a bummer!
