Although in a convenient location and a cheap price, I will not be staying in this place again. After arriving to an open but empty office, I waited almost 10 minutes for assistance. When the "hostess" arrived, she was unpleasant and scolded me for arriving "late" and disturbing her rest (it was 8:30 at night, and their posted office hours are until 11 p.m.) I got into the room (which had a refrigerator, a space heater, and an air conditioner with a sign warning not to use it, although it was late April and quite warm), and discovered that it had no internet connection, which was advertised on their Web site. When I pleasantly and calmly asked the hostess about this, she said, "Well, it isn't available in all the rooms." No apology, no offer to place us in a different room. Instead, she said, "If you don't like it, you can leave." Never again!
