New Owner/Innkeeper as of 7/05. She must learn to be friendly. Does not greet you, when you come in. She had one of the worse attitude I have EVER experienced. The air cond does not work in some of the rooms and it was hot.She called the A.C. man and wanted to charge us (the guests)for the bill! Breakfast (not served till 8:30 - we were waiting around), was embarassing bad. When I told her that we would not be coming back, she said"do you promise?" with a grin on her face. It was expensive which we knew but terrible service and manners. We have been going to Lenox for 7 years and never experience this
