THE ROOM WAS COLD, COULDNT SHOWER AS BATHROOM WAS FREEZING. ROOM AND CORRIDORS LOOKED SHABBY AND TIRED. REQUESTED ITEMS FROM HOUSEKEEPING AT 5PM, 3 CALLS LATER AND NO SIGN OF THEM, THEY NEVER ARRIVED. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
