Horrible Hotel

This hotel provides low service at an expensive price. The posted check-in time is 3:00 PM. Our room was not ready for us to check-in until 8:00 PM. We had to loiter around the hotel for 10 hours (we arrived early with an exhausted child) waiting for our room to be ready, even though the front desk said they would put a rush on having it cleaned. When I asked for a late check out I was told "we can't do that for anyone". The room was nice but the phone did not work so we could not even get a wake up call. We wasted almost $200 for one night in this hotel.
