wouldn't stay again if it were free

bad location,parking lot full of glass,people hanging around outside all night,room was filthy, with open food in drawers, bathroom very dirty.nothing at all like web description, there was no fitness area, no coffee in room, and my wake-up call was an hour and a half late and they didnt bother telling me that when they woke me. I was there to take my state exam for real estate license and I barely made it in time; another 3 minutes and I would have been late and not passed the test because of it. I returned to hotel after taking my exam and requested a partial refund and an explanation for the conditions and the late wake up and was not compensated , nor did they apologize. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, I would not return to this hotel even if they were to offer me a free night.
