I have been coming to GS about every other year since 1974, The big hotels are too pricey so I decided to try this place. The room was clean and reasonable. The hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. My parents owned motels in Colorado Springs so I know what to look for and I was very impressed with the motel grounds. Not a cigarette butt or trash in the parking lot. Easy access to pool being on the main street and lots of restaraunts and fast food/convenience stores close by.
