Cheapest place within reasonable distance of the Grand Canyon

This is the cheapest motel within reasonable distance of the Grand Canyon (within 3 hour driving distance).
But there is no nearby facility around---not even MacDonald. You have to drive 20 miles serpentine I-40 road to Williams to eat.
