We booked a room to meet my brother and daughter who flew into SF from the East coast. We planned to stay in a "nicer" hotel to be able to enjoy mingling with family. We have 2 young children 5 and 3. We booked 2 queen beds. The pictures on the web site were beautiful. When we arrived after a 5 hour drive we were informed that all they had available was a room with one King and we were give a single roll away for the boys. The room was set up as a business room so NO space to put away clothing. One drawer. We lives out of suitcases. We were placed in from of a staircase which the employees use to smoke which permeated the whole of our room and hallway.
Some good though. The buffet and staff in the resturant was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful.
Tip: Make sure that no tournaments or other large booking are occuring. A soccer tournament was occuring when we were there.
