My son was on his honeymoon. I booked this hotel as a wedding gift. Shower didn't work....loud construction noise outside. Took the hotel 6 hours to move them to another room. General Manager promised to refund cost of hotel bill. A week later, he stated it would take up to 7 days for refund. 2 weeks later he changed his mind and refuses to refund cost of room
