Very friendly and helpful staff. Was impressed that no one was rushed at breakfast, when the time was over. In fact, a family came in just after the food was put away and the man went back and got something for them to eat. This was a very hospitable hotel and one we'll recommend to others going to Chattanooga. Rooms were clean and a good size. Everything was great! We were there for 2 nights.
