A hotel is always nice if there is no problem. The test of the hotel is how they handle special situations and how they try to accomodate. I rented the room and about 1 hour later neded to leave in emergency to Atlanta. The room was not used, I did not even step into the room (went to tale a bite, but they did not want to refund. So in terms of customer service in times of problem I would say that they did not pass the test
