Perfect location in downtown Santiago; close to restaurants and cafes; safe neighbourhood at night; some rooms include a sitting room and views of Santa Lucia park across the street; free internet on the ground floor (both wireless and a guest computer); staff are reliable, efficient and friendly. PRICE FOR A DOUBLE WITH PRIVATE BATH: 50$USD

Well, nothing! This hotel can't be beaten at this price.
The only advice I would give is that the restaurant breakfasts are expensive -- you'd be better off at one of the cafes nearby.
