Great Location ... but would stay elsewhere
Just returned from a 2 night stay here. The room was nice enough but for my 'upgrade to the best available room' as a Platinum Member was far less than I expected.
Cable TV was useless on Friday night with 'no signal or weak signal'.
Internet access charge was $12.95 and was NOT Wi-Fi. It did not work so had to call the front desk to get a technician in to test the line and get it started.
No in-suite refrigerator or bar.
Check-in was staid and not congenial. Lobby has no character and the restaurant is part of the lobby itself. $17 breakfast buffet was not worth the price. Quality of food was average.
But it was convenient to Fisherman's Wharf. The only selling point of this hotel.
