Very bad service - we had a number of complaints and they were all greated with a shrug and no action. For example we arrived after the official check in time but only one of our two rooms were ready - no apology was given and we were not told when the second room was ready (after an hour of waiting we had to go and find out ourselves). Choice of restaurants in the evening were not as advertised - they claim two plus a bar but when we asked we were told there was only one restaurant available. Another example of how much they do not appear to value their guests came one afternoon - I'd gone for a siesta at 2.30pm and put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. I was woken up less than an hour later by the maid who wanted to service the room! This is not the attitude I'd expect from a top Sheraton hotel.
