Stay only if you must
The airline put us in this hotel because of an overnight layover. China Air wanted to charge me for the room, but I insisted that I should not have to pay because of their non-flexiable flight schedule. If I had paid, I would not have been happy at all with the deal or lack there of.
The hotel is old. You can see it from the moment you enter the lobby. It wouldn't be so bad if the hotel was updated, but from what I saw, no updates have been made in a long time.
The area around the hotel was worse. A lot of trash just next to the hotel.
The room lacked satalite TV, don't count on it. They did have 110 voltage for American electrical appliances.
People who work in the hotel were great. That is why I marked them outstanding for service. The airport shuttle was on time getting me to my flight the following day.
Food in the shops across from the hotel was a feast. Very good eating. I enjoy local food, and that is what the menu consisted of.
Over all, If the hotel would update their interior, and if they would just hire people to clean up around the outside of the hotel and next to it, I would agree with the four stars rating given to them by the industry.
