New Manager is in Place
Wrote a negative review of hotel after an unresolved fight with on-site manager and credit card company.
Finally spoke with General Manager of Historical Inns. He recognized the problem & went out of his way to rectify situation.
Shame I didn't talk with him first as situation wouldn't have gotten out of hand.
Bottom line give them a chance but I do stand by my comments.
With new manager there and the General Manager's willingness to correct problems this could be a great place!
