Relaxing and quiet!!!

My fiance and I just returned form a mini vacation in Rockport and stayed at the Surf Court. We loved it. We had a cabana right over the water, with a patio that looked right out over the water. The sound of the waves at night put us right to sleep, I cannot remember the last time I had such a peaceful nights rest. Even though they were sold out the first 2 nights we were there, you could not tell there were any other guests. It was very quiet. The hotel is a little worn around the edges, but everything was clean and in working order. I think our room had new blankets, sheets and towels. They were soft and clean. Our tv also looked to be new. The fridge was a little rusty but the freezer worked very well! The pool was a nice retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The owner (?) was very nice and helpful. We will definitly return on our next trip to Rockport. GREAT LOCATION!!!
