After reading lots of information about Hugo's Cellar, my husband and I decided to make a reservation for dinner during our latest trip to Las Vegas. We have been to lots of wonderful restaurants but Hugo's Cellar should be rated right up at the top. Wonderful food, spectacular service, great ambience. We will always make a point of visiting this restaurant during all our future trips to Las Vegas.
