They make it Hard to Reserve a Room!
I have stayed at this Wingate many times. Their Computer system is so bad that new hires can never find me in the Computer. I have to call back at a later time, when an Experienced Manager is in, just to book at room at my Corporate Rate! And one time I reserved my room via Internet. That was the worst. I couldn't get my bill settled until the next morning when a Manager came in that knew how to handle the 'Internet bookings'. I called and discussed this with the Manager and he assured me that folks would get trained. Now today, I called again to make a reservation. The young lady says she is new and she can't find me in the computer system. I have to wait and call back this afternoon.
