The night clerk for the hotel spoke english like it was his first language. He and the morning staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
I had read the reviews on this hotel after I booked it and was a tad leary of what I was going to find, but I was pleasantly suprised. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bed was heaven. In the morning we had a continental breakfast.
It was about a 15 minute drive from the airport and there were many shops withing walking distance of the hotel.
