Will Be a Wefare Hotel In a Year

Nothing to like. Only stayed because of Balloon Fiesta. No other hotels available. No longer a Best Western. Trash cans at front entrance not emptied for 3 days. Hall ways not swept. Floors moped with dirty mop, lots of muddy steaks. Lots of key card problems. Reserved a non-smoking room. Put in a smoking room. Switched rooms. Staff very unprofessional in hotel management skills. Fire doors blocked open to parking garage. Internet out for three days. Told it wasn't a priority to get fixed. Phone problems. Internet and phone trouble blamed on a roof leak. Glad we where on the first floor. Light entertainment provided watching the front desk staff respond tp guest's problems. Lots of preplexed looks by the staff. Friends tried to call and where told we where not at the hotel. The owners of the hotel seemed to lack the basic skills of hotel management. Insisted the smoked in room was non-smoking. Despite the ash tray and lack of a non-smoking sign at the door. Insisted I was not using my key card correctly. I really would like to say something good about the place. The room HVAC worked for the stay. The water was hot. The beds where OK. The pillows in the no-smoking room smelled of smoke.
