Hilton Memphis isnt worth

Hilton Memphis is a beautiful place inside and out, but looks can be deceiving. Upon arrival, we were greated with politeness by "one" of four receptionist. We were escorted to our room on the 23rd floor by the bell hop who was more than friendly.
The room was very nice (appearence). However, they were NOT furnished with refridgerators or microwaves. We had to go two floors up to get ice for our ice bucket. The hotel did provide complimentary water, that if you drank, your charge card would be debited $4.50 per bottle of water.
Hilton Memphis IS NOT as close to Beale Street as we thought, and there isn't anything to do in the area.
For the price of this hotel, and the outcome of the stay, we should have stayed Downtown like we had originally planned.
