Likes: it is in Las Vegas, On the Main Strip.
DisLikes: Customer Service - Concierge services are available, but you must go through the hassle of hearing about attending a timeshare sales presentation before they will assist and then it is limited assistance because they keep saying I can get you a discount for that show if you attend this 90 minute presentation. I have a feeling that Diamond Resorts does not pay for the Concierge staff. From what I observed and dealt with, It is my belief that they are paid by the Time Share Sales group and get part of the $20.00 deposit they ask for each registration, as a bonus. Thus you are better off going to the tickets 4 less site at the market place, they are nicer and treat you better than Polo Towers Concierge. Check in time is 4 pm. We arrived at 4:30 and had to wait an hour for the room to be ready. No attempt by management to Apologize, make amends, offer to give us something for our time, it was “well the room is not ready and until we hear from housekeeping that it is ready you will just have to wait.” Not a great way to start out the weekend. We were not the only ones waiting, there were not seats availble and all the luggage carts were full of luggage for customers waiting to get into a room.
