Disappointing Customer Serivce
I had the misfortune of booking a block of rooms for my wedding at the Napa River Inn. The website boasted their service and amenities and so it looked promising and reasonable in price. When I arrived in Napa and there was a miunderstanding regarding the cancellation policy with my room block, I had to speak to the rooms division manager who was unforgiveably rude. He took no interest in servicing me or my guests and on top of that was extremely rude and condescending in tone and manner. When my husband and I travel, service and hospitality mean a lot to us on our trips and we were so disappointed with how we were treated that we would never consider staying at the Napa River Inn.
