We were pleasantly surprised.. Our flight was late and our suitcases did not arrive with us. Upon checking in, the night clerk said she would follow up on making sure our luggage would be delivered. The suitcases arrived early in the morning, and wisely, they kept them until we called downstairs; Our room had a view of the Laval University and at night the lights hit the silver dome. Breakfast the next morning was very filling and efficient. We stayed two nights and enjoyed being able to walk around the old quarter. It is small,friendly and very European. Can't wait to go back.
