WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!

We arrived and the office was closed. On the door a phone number was left to have someone meet us there. We checked in our room and there was a FOUL smell in the room. I went back up to the office to ask for another room. The manager was gone again, office closed. We complain the next day and asked for our money back. The owner said the room does have an odor but it's bareable and refused to refund the money. Also the room was nasty with ants and roaches lounging around the bathroom.
Take my advice go approx. 2 mile and stay at the Best Western, Alot cleaner
