In New Orleans that is. I get there every now and then and I feel like I'm stepping back into a different better time.
By the way, if you're taking "Devastation tours", if you're really that big of a moron and nincompoop, go to the real disasters. That would be the Mayor's office and the State house in Baton Rouge.
