VIP Rooms Penthouse - Stay somewhere else!

What a horrible experience. I overlooked the bad reviews and still booked at the Bellagio. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite, which is considered a VIP quest. The room was dirty, the drapery did not work and was stuck open which allowed all the light from Vegas in. Even after an "Engineer" promised it would be fixed my morning, just let me say it never got fixed. The carpeting in the room is marked with dirt, half the lighting in the room didn't work. The lamp shades had holes in them. I don't normally complain, nor feel tempted to complete a review, but in this case I HAVE TO! Now the food was great, some of the staff was wonderful, the spa was great. Visit and don't waste your money staying. PENTHOUSE SUITE. What a joke! Oh, ya - the hotel also added false charges to my bill that I am still disputing the charges and will rely on American Express to step in.
