Don't go there on a hot day. They don't have air conditioning. All the windows in our room had no locks. Couldn't lock it open or closed. Room was clean, but smelled old. Yes, it's a remodeled apartment complex and when we arrived last week, scaffolding was up around the building due to new facades and new windows. Maybe it'll be better after this work is done. Needless to say, we stayed an hour and checked out.
The concept is great...full size kitchen, (all the plates, cups, utensils, knives, etc. you need to cook/eat), dining room table, huge living room, large bedroom, brand new bathroom. It would be terrific if it smelled new and, of course, if it had A/C. The value is incomparable for the area. Excellent price for the size of the room and all the amenities, i.e. pool, breakfast, DSL, etc.
Was regretfully disappointed. Neither were we happy about being charged $20 for hardly touching the place.
