After reading many bad reviews on this place, I was a tad scared, but couldn't pass by a free hotel! So after packing sheets, blankets and cleaning supplies, we arrived and found out we didn't need them!
The room was clean, staff was great, grounds where beautiful! The grounds where decorated for the Holiday season, and though we didn't use the pool, it looked clean and nice.
Only problem was the sofa bed was very uncomfertable, and you have to walk a ways for the shuttle to Disney, and after walking all day for 8-12 hours, you don't want to walk that much more.
I still give it 5 stars. Stayed for 1 week, with my mom, and 2 siblings ages 15 and 12. If the shuttle was moved closer, we would totally stay again!
